Chromatrap® Lysis Buffer for sonication provides users with a detergent based buffer ideal for the lysis of cells and fragmentation of chromatin samples by sonication. The optimised buffer composition ensures effective nuclear lysis for a range of different species of organism and difficult to lyse cell types and tissues.
